Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or process refunds. If there is an issue with your order, you may contact us via email at info@rubylaceco.com or place a request via your customer account at https://account.rubylaceco.com. Any form of reimbursement will be issued as a 30 day store credit for the requested item(s). We will re-evaluate this policy on a case by case basis. See below for store credit policy. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged item resolution will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final.

Exchanges
You are responsible for your sizing. Exchange requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Requests can be made at https://account.rubylaceco.com

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Store Credit Policy

1. Eligibility for Store Credit:

To be eligible for store credit, a request must be received within 7 days of delivery date. We require your full name, order number, as well as an explanation.

We reserve the right to ask for pictures if damages are being claimed. 

2. Non-Creditable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for store credit return, including but not limited to sale products, swimwear or gift cards. 

3. Proof of Purchase:

A valid order number is required for proof of purchase.

    5. Store Credit Issuance:

    Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital voucher or code.

    6. Expiry:

    Store credits are only valid for a 30 day period.

    7. Exceptions:

    In certain cases, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Ruby Lace Co.
