Processing Time:
Orders are processed immediately but can take up to 2 weeks to fulfill depending on inventory levels in our different stocking locations. If your order is delayed, you will receive communication from our team via email.
If you are part of our subscription program, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Order confirmations will contain an estimated delivery date. These dates are subject to fluctuation and are only an estimate. An approximate delivery date will be sent along with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Delayed shipments and shipping carrier delays DO NOT warrant a store credit or refund. Any requests made will be denied. No exceptions.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods:
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days USPS
Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days USPS
UPS Ground for domestic orders: 3-4 business days
As a point of reference, please note that it can take on average up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your order after shipment notification as we have stocking locations in different regions.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping. Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for duties fees or customs delays. This does not warrant a refund or store credit.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use our shipping confirmation as an approximate estimate for delivery.

Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
If your order is delayed in order processing, you will receive a separate email notification letting you know reason of order delay and expected ship date.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and track your package regularly.
Customs and Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. We cannot predict or cover these charges.
